RDS78 is a resin based emulsion that forms a strong, durable and flexible road base that is water resistant once cured. Many road dust products are water soluble and are washed away by the first heavy rain. Other water resistant products form a crust that is not flexible enough to withstand heavy haul traffic and begin to crack and break down. RDS-78 resists wash-off and holds up to heavy haul traffic for months at a time.
