The Nalco Water MONITOR™ software is an advanced heat transfer modeling programme that determines the performance of critical exchangers and tracks energy savings at the furnace. MONITOR determines the cost of heat exchanger fouling and the optimum cleaning frequency. It can also monitor the effectiveness of chemistries and operating procedures, allowing refiners to select the most appropriate and economical strategy to meet their energy management goals.
