Ecolab Introduces Solutions to Help Foodservice Customers Reduce Food Safety and Public Health Risks

Ecolab No Rinse Food Contact Cleaner Sanitizer[1]

Ecolab’s No Rinse Food Contact Cleaner Sanitizer helps improve food safety compliance by providing protection against a variety of contributing factors to foodborne illnesses, including E. coli and Listeria[2]. It also simplifies cleaning procedures with fewer steps, helping to improve staff efficiency by reducing cleaning time.

 

EcoSure® CORE Food Safety Programme

EcoSure’s CORE Food Safety Programme helps customers protect their guests, employees and reputation from foodborne illness and other food safety related risks. The CORE programme (comprehensive on-site risk evaluation) offers an integrated approach through on-site assessments, expert food safety coaching and training, dedicated account management, data-driven insights with recommended corrective actions and solutions. The programme also provides access to a variety of expert tools and resources, such as a food safety resource line, webinars, industry benchmarking, newsletters and readiness kits.

 

EcoSure® Norovirus Control Programme

The EcoSure Norovirus Control Programme provides education, training and tools to help foodservice establishments protect their guests, employees and brand against norovirus. The programme includes both outbreak prevention and incident response tools to help drive behavior change and minimise risk against foodborne illness. EcoSure partners with companies across the foodservice industry to educate managers on the risks, causes and best practices for norovirus prevention and response, and equips staff with essential information and practical tools to prevent and respond to a norovirus event.
